43. MCSO INDUSTRY LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT (200199-RFP) Approve the contract for award at an estimate of $1,500,000.00 over five (5) years until May 31, 2025 with five (5) one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be May 20, 2020. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County a long-term contract to purchase, install, provide training for, maintain, and support industrial laundry machines used by Inmate Laundry Services. The serial numbers for these items are: Washer (1) # C43760004, Washer (2) # C43760006, Washer (3) # 2772 and Washer (4) # 2769, Dryer (1 ) # 2612050601 and Dryer (2) # 2610010241. The Maricopa County Office of Procurement Services solicited this contract in 2020 and trade-in values were included in County contract #200119, approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 20, 2020 under OPS agenda number C-73-20-025-3-00.
