The Contract term is May 18, 2022, through June 30, 2025. The County provided the Contractor with $1,500,000 in ARPA funds for the construction of a 66-unit affordable rental housing community to be built in the City of Phoenix. The purpose of the Amendment is to amend portions of the Agreement to address the following: 1. Amend Exhibit B Statement of Work to increase American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding under the contract by $100,000. 2.
