36. 210078-JOC, INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS Approve contract amendment one to article IV – WORK ASSIGNMENTS AND PERIOD OF SERVICE to read as follows: This contract shall be effective for a period of five (5) years from the Board award date. Market escalations in material costs may be negotiated upon written request from the Contractor. DBA Contracting Nesbitt Contracting Talis Construction This contract was initially awarded for an estimate of $75,000,000 over 5 years until 09/30/2026 with no renewal options and an effective start date of 09/15/21.
