57. 230037-ROQ, TERM ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES Approve a contract value increase of $7,999,999.00, $1,142,857 for each of the seven firms on the contract, for On-Call Term Architectural Services as requested by the Facilities Management Department (FMD) for work on projects at various County sites. This contract expenditure authorization will only be used if FMD has budgeted and approved projects to complete within the term of the contract which is set to expire on March 1, 2027. As each firm has different project experience it is difficult to identify in advance which firms may be requested to perform services for future jobs which drives the need that each firm has sufficient expenditure authority available. The firms on the contract are; Arrington Watkins, BWS Architects, DPS Architects, DWL Architects, EMC2 Group, GH2 Architects, and Gensler. The increase is due to an increased estimated usage of the contract through March 1, 2027, by the Facilities Management Department for projects, examples of which are: East Valley Public Health Building, West Courts Building, County-wide building assessments, Watkins Jail and the West Valley Public Health building. This contract was originally awarded for a term of three years by the Board of Supervisors on March 1, 2023 and was renewed for a term of one year on February 19, 2026, by the Chief Procurement Officer.
