The purpose of the contract is to provide Phase II construction manager at risk services to renovate space in the neighboring 222 E. Javelina facility which will allow for the upcoming renovations of the Southeast Juvenile Courts Facility located at 1810 S. Lewis St. (C-73-23-075-X-00)
