42. 230056-RFP, CORRECTIONAL ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and Fusion Capital Management, LLC dba: Fusion Health at an estimate of $6,150,000.00 over five years until April 30, 2028 with five one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be April 12, 2023. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for Correctional Health Services (CHS). (C-73-23-079-X-00)
