57. 230033-RFP, CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE REVISION Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and ATSER LP at an estimate of $1,300,000.00 over five years until May 31, 2028 with ten year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be June 1,2023. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County Department of Transportation and Flood Control District a fully integrated cloud based/Software as a Service (SaaS) construction management software solution. The solution will provide the County the ability to manage workflows and record-keeping related to construction project management and laborator y materials testing. This will increase the efficiency of field reporting, decrease data entry by technicians and streamline current manual practices of legacy system. (C-73-23-086-X-00)
