84. 230047-RFP, JANITORIAL SERVICES Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and JanCo FS3 LLC dba Velociti Services at an estimate of $17,500,000.00 over two-years until June 30, 2025, with four one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be July 1, 2023. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County with janitorial services at County leased and owned facilities. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, cleaning supplies, paper and soap products, various types of dispensing equipment, and power cleaning equipment necessary to clean County facilities in accordance with contractual requirements.
