88. 230177-RFP, SUMMER YOUTH WORKFORCE PROGRAM Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and Arbor E&T, LLC dba Equus Workforce Solutions ($596,819.81) and Greater Phoenix Urban League, Inc. ($1,677,011.40) at an estimate of $2,273,831.21 over one year and three months until September 30, 2024 (with the option to extend the expiration date), with no renewal options. Funding is for program service periods as follows: Greater Phoenix Urban League, Inc.: Summer 2023 (7/1/23 through 9/30/23) Summer 2024 (2/1/24 through 9/30/24) Arbor E&T, LLC dba: Equus Workforce Solutions: Summer 2024 (7/1/24 through 9/30/24) The effective date of the contract will be July 1, 2023. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County with a Summer Youth Workforce Program that will place eligible youth participants, ages 16 through 21 years old, into employment opportunities with various designated in-demand industries in Maricopa County. The Program seeks to serve participants from cities and towns throughout Maricopa County, with an emphasis on enrolling participants outside of the Greater Phoenix area. (C-73-23-107-X-00)
