46. 230123-RFP, SHORT TERM DISABILITY ADMINISTRATOR Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and Sedgewick Claims Management Services, Inc dba Sedgewick at an estimate of $12,500,000.00 over five years, through December 31, 2028, with five years of renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be January 1, 2024. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County administration services for the Short Term Disability plan for Maricopa County employees. The Short Term Disability plan is currently a voluntary self-funded plan offered to all benefit eligible employees. The contractor will provide an Administrative Services Only (ASO) product.
