55. 210179-EMG, TEMPORARY HOUSING ASSISTANCE (AMENDMENT #5) Approve Amendment #5 for contract, 210179-EMG, with Shivani SSS LLC, DBA Rodeway Inn, 402 W. Van Buren Street Phoenix. The Amendment will extend the contract for an additional six months, until December 31, 2024 and increase the contract value by $841,400.00 from $4,750,000.00 to $5,591,400.00. Of the additional $841,400.00 of authorized contract spending, $696,000.00 will cover the estimated spend during this extended six month period, and the remaining $145,400.00 will cover expenses for the previously approved period.
