63. 240104 RFP, FELONY DIVERSION AND OFFENDER EDUCATION PROGRAMS Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and SAGE Counseling Inc. and Southwest Behavioral Health Inc. at an estimate of $850,000.00 over two and a half years until December 31, 2026 with two and a half years renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be July 1, 2024. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County an alternative to traditional criminal case processing so specific individuals accused of committing a crime may participate in an education or treatment program that addresses the risk factors related to recidivism.
