44. 240128-IGA, ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and Tyler Technologies in a form to be approved by the Maricopa County Attorney’s’ Office, through the use of a cooperative with Northern Arizona University at an estimate of $6,125,000.00 over five years until 06/30/2029. The previous contract was under an expiring competition impracticable. The effective date of the contract will be 07/01/2024. The purpose of the contract is to provide to Maricopa County Superintendent of Schools with license, support and maintenance for the accounting software used by the Maricopa County Superintendent of Schools and their school district consortium members.
