63. 230055-RFP, CAD, RMS AND MOBILE SYSTEMS SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and Motorola Solutions, Inc. an estimate of $25,000,000 not including taxes and fees over ten years until August 31, 2034 with a maximum of ten optional renewal years. The effective date of the contract will be September 11, 2024. The purpose of the contract is for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) to procure a technology refresh to include new Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), Mobile Systems, Field Based Reporting (FBR), Civil Process, Support and Maintenance and related products and services.
