42. 240059-CMR, DURANGO CAMPUS ELECTRICAL UPGRADES (PHASE II CONTRACT) Approve the Phase II Construction Services Contract for award to Caddell Construction for $27,867,090 with an estimated completion date of 07/31/2027. The purpose of the contract is to provide phase II construction manager at risk services for the Facilities Management Department in order to coordinate and install a new 15,000V electrical service (APS) and associated infrastructure (APS duct banks, pads, transformers, switchboards, etc.) to serve buildings throughout the Durango campus. This system will replace the current 12,470V primary distribution network currently serving most of the campus that is currently owned, operated, and maintained by Maricopa County. This project is located in Supervisor District 5. (C-73-25-034-X-00)
