75. 250083-S, GENERATOR, TRANSFER SWITCH AND FIXED DIESEL MOTOR MAINTENANCE Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and Dixie Diesel & Electric, Inc. and Westcoast Energy Systems dba Energy Systems. The purpose of the contract is to provide Maricopa County with qualified contractors to perform routine and emergency repair services for various County generators, transfer switches, and fixed diesel motors, including routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, testing, equipment rentals, and other services, as required. This contract may also be used for replacement of existing equipment. The services provided will be at an estimate of $1,000,000.00 over two years until September 30, 2027 with options to renew up to a maximum of four additional years. The effective date of the contract will be October 1, 2025. This contract is replacing 200207-S Generator, Transfer Switch and Fixed Diesel Motor Maintenance that expires on September 30, 2025.
