50. 260021-CMR, SOUTHWEST REGIONAL JUSTICE COURTS EXPANSION (PHASE II GMP I) Approve the award of the Phase II, GMP I Construction Services Contract to Kitchell Contractors, Inc. of Arizona in the amount of $5,710,931, with an estimated completion date of December 31, 2026, for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services supporting the expansion of the Southwest Regional Justice Court facility in Avondale. The scope of this Phase II GMP I Construction Services Contract includes renovations to the existing facility and tenant improvements within a shelled space originally designed for future courtroom expansion to accommodate the newly added Canyon Trails Justice Court.
