49. 250120-RFP, RADS-REAL TIME ANALYTICS DATA Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and OZ Engineering, LLC. The purpose of the contract is to provide the County with software and data management services for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation Regional Archived Data System (RADS) Real-Time Analytics Data project. These services will support the collection, storage, organization, and analysis of regional transportation data used for traffic monitoring, planning, and operational decision-making. The contract is estimated at $885,000.00 over one year until March 31, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be April 8, 2026. (C-73-26-034-X-00)
