50. 260059-RFP, LIBRARY MATERIALS AND RELATED SERVICES Approve multiple award contracts for Maricopa County. The purpose of these contracts are to obtain vendors with materials and services necessary for the Maricopa County Library District (MCLD) libraries. This includes the supply of all physical formats of print books and media materials including DVDs, Blue-Rays, and CDs, etc. In addition, example shelf ready services include cataloging, barcoding, RFID tags, labeling and stickers. The estimated annual cost is $3,000,000 for a total contract value of $15,000,000 for five years. The effective date of the contracts is May 1, 2026 until April 30, 2031 with up to five annual renewal options. This is a replacement contract for 16070-RFP which will expire April 30, 2026.
