51. 260043-RFP, GROUP LEGAL AND ID THEFT PROTECTION Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. dba Legal Shield to provide to Maricopa County employees and their dependents the voluntary benefits of identity theft and fraud protection and a group legal plan at an estimate of $2,600,000.00 (employee paid – no County funds shall be used) over three years until December 31, 2029 with up to a maximum of five additional years of renewal. The effective date of the contract will be January 1, 2027. This contract replaces contract 07031-RFP Employee Group Legal Services and a separate service agreement for Aura ID Theft Protection.
