58. 260103-CI, STAFFING SERVICES AND RELATED SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS Approve the Contract between Maricopa County and Acro Service Corporation for professional services for staffing related services and solutions for various County departments on an as-needed basis. This competition impracticable request is necessary to supplement and assure critical staffing needs for upcoming elections and current federally funded staff positions where funding expires on December 31, 2026. Introducing a new provider was considered impracticable at this time, based on the ability to ensure staffing pools are sufficient to meet the County needs, which includes election support. This agreement will allow the County time to develop a new solicitation as a long-term solution and maintain continuity of operations. This request is at an estimate of $13,000,000.00 over one year until June 30, 2027, with the option to renew up to a maximum of one additional year. The effective date of the contract will be July 1, 2026. This contract will replace the County’s current contract 16111-RFP expiring on June 30, 2026. Fee discounts negotiated for this contract are anticipated to result in $260,000 in savings based on the previous years spending pattern. (C-73-26-037-X-00)
