67. 260034-DBB, ANTHEM LIBRARY TENANT IMPROVEMENTS Approve the Contract for Award to BFL Construction at an amount of $4,275,303 as the lowest responsible and responsive bid with an estimated completion date of 306 days from the official notice to proceed. The purpose of the contract is to provide construction services for tenant improvements within a county owned two-story vacant office building located at 41810 N. Venture Dr., Bldg. F, Phoenix 85086. The building improvements are intended to support the opening of a new public library branch, and include predominantly interior improvements, with some exterior improvements limited to rooftop HVAC, signage, and a stand-alone book drop. This branch will replace the existing library branch within the Boulder Creek High School. This project is located in Supervisor District 3. (C-73-26-039-X-00)
