70. 260116-C, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS Approve the contract for award at an estimate of $2,000,000.00 over six years until May 31st, 2032 with no renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be May 20th, 2026. The purpose of the contract is to provide a source for marketing and community outreach materials which may include employee recruitment efforts, public health outreach events, human services programs, spay and neuter and adoption programs. The contract is a multiple award to ensure a wide variety of vendors and products and to ensure adequate competition through quotes on single purchases over $7,500. The contract ensures that the County receives promotional products that are branded correctly following County policies. This will replace the expiring contract 200015-C.
