NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS COOPERATIVE PROGRAM Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), in a form to be approved by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, with the North Central Texas Council of Governments, administrator of the TxShare Cooperative Program, an organization created to support cooperative purchasing among governmental entities throughout the United States.
