TRANSFER VEHICLE FROM PARKS AND RECREATION TO EQUIPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT A) The Transfer of vehicle M1210 2012 Kubota RTV500 from the Parks & Recreation Department (D300) to the (D740) Equipment Services Department. This transfer is not an increase to the Equipment Services fleet. They are replacing 228 B) A one-time Non-Recurring Transfer of $6,500 from the Equipment Services Fund (654) to the Parks Enhancement Fund (241). C) Increase the FY2023 revenue authority for Parks & Recreation (D300) Parks Enhancement Fund (241) Non-Recurring (NRNP) in the amount of $6,500. D) Increase the expenditure authority for the Equipment Services Department (D740) Equipment Services Fund (654) Non-Recurring (NRNP) in the amount of $6,500. E) Offsetting revenue and expenditure adjustments for the fund transfer in the Eliminations (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non-Recurring (NRNP) in the amount of $6,500. F) In addition, with no reduction to Parks & Recreation, vehicle M1210 was replaced by 80322. G) This transfer eliminates sending to auction and using the remaining life expectancy in another County department. (C-74-23-007-X-00)
