VEHICLE EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS AND NON-GOVERNMENT LICENSE PLATES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-538.03, approve the exemption from vehicle markings and the use of non-government license plates for vehicles included in the FY27 Vehicle Replacement Program.
