51. CITY OF GLENDALE ACCESS LICENSE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (Supervisorial District: 4) Approve and execute Access License and Indemnity Agreement between City of Glendale and Maricopa County. Maricopa County has requested access to and use of a portion of City of Glendale property located at the southeast corner of Glen Harbor Boulevard. and Northern Avenue to support construction activities for the West Valley Animal Care and Control Shelter. The term of this agreement is one (1) year with four (4) one-year renewal terms in a formal extension or amendment, signed by both parties. The property will be used for parking, staging and construction offices during construction of the shelter. (C-78-26-042-X-00)
