COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE WITH HLP, INC (VET IMPORT SOFTWARE) Approve the competition impracticable for award with vendor HLP, Inc. at an estimate of $267,240.00 over one-year until June 30, 2024, with two one-year renewal options, totaling $801,720.00. The effective date of the competition impracticable will be July 1, 2023. The purpose if this competition impracticable is to provide Maricopa County Animal Care and Control with software and related services. The previous agreement was approved by the Board of Supervisors under Agenda # C-79-22-158-X-00. (C-79-23-040-X-00)
