36. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTES, INC. Approve an Affiliation Agreement between Vocational Training Institutes, Inc. (dba Pima Medical Institute) and Maricopa County Animal Care & Control. The purpose of this agreement is to provide educational development of students in Veterinary Technician programs, utilizing these students in a volunteer capacity. The term of this agreement shall commence upon approval and execution by the Board. This affiliation agreement shall be reviewed annually and will remain in effect until terminated by either party upon ninety days (90) days prior written notice. (C-79-26-048-X-00)
