NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH FOREVER LOVED PET SANCTUARY Approve an agreement between Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary and Maricopa County, administered by Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC), to allow Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary to participate in the New Hope Program and receive animals deemed eligible for transfer. This agreement outlines the responsibilities of both Parties for the safe transfer of eligible animals from County custody to Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary while awaiting adoption, supporting MCACC’s efforts to reduce shelter population, increase lifesaving outcomes, and expand alternative placement options for homeless animals.
