APPOINT SUPERIOR COURT COMMISSIONER CHRISTINA HENDERSON AS SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE PRO TEMPORE The Superior Court respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the appointment of Court Commissioner Christina Henderson as Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-141. Court Commissioner Christina Henderson will serve as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore without any additional compensation other than that to which she is entitled to as a Court Commissioner. The appointment will be for the period commencing April 17, 2023 through June 30, 2023 and July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024. (C-80-23-021-X-00)
