25. APPOINT SUPERIOR COURT COMMISSIONERS AS SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE PRO TEMPORE The Superior Court respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the appointment of Court Commissioners Travis C. Marderosian , Joseph M. Rhoades and Samin Adib Superior as Court Judge Pro Tempore in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-141. Court Commissioners will serve as Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore without any additional compensation other than that to which they are entitled to as a Court Commissioner. The appointment will be for the period commencing April 3, 2023 through June 30, 2023 and July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. (C-80-23-022-X-00)
