22. AMENDMENT TO NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR AIR QUALITY MONITORS AT FIRE STATION NO. 40 Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 5 to Non-Exclusive License Agreement for Air Quality Monitors at Fire Station No. 40, P-50172, with the City of Phoenix, for non-exclusive use of space at Fire Station No. 40 at 3838 N. 83rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ The Agreement will allow the County Air Quality Department continued use of the site for air quality monitoring purposes for a term of one (1) year as well as allow for counterpart signatures. The term will commence July 6, 2020 and expire July 5, 2021, unless terminated earlier as provided in the Agreement. This is the fifth of five (5) one (1) year extensions. There is no cost to the County. Either party may terminate the Agreement with a 30-day notice to the other party. (C-85-11-028-3-05)

AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT CA00033 BETWEEN CITY OF PHOENIX AND MARICOPA COUNTY FOR AIR QUALITY MONITORS AT FIRE STATION NO. 40 (Supervisorial District: 5) Approve and execute seventh amendment to the Non-Exclusive License Agreement CA00033 with City of Phoenix, for access to, and use of, real property located at 3838 N. 83rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ for installing, maintaining and operating air quality monitors. This amendment will amend Section 3 (Term and Termination) of the Agreement to establish a new term with two additional terms of five (5) years. The first of the two terms commences on July 1, 2026, and continues through June 30, 2031, and the second provides the County the option of an additional term of five (5) years. (C-85-11-028-3-07)
