18. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR AIR QUALITY MONITORS AT FIRE STATION #31 Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute non-exclusive License Agreement P-50328 between the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County for Air Quality Monitoring equipment at Phoenix Fire Station No. 31, located at 5730 E. Thunderbird Road, Phoenix, AZ. The License Agreement is for non-exclusive access to Phoenix Fire Station No. 31, for use of the Fire Station site for air quality monitoring purposes. The term will commence upon execution by both parties and expire 5 years later, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Agreement. The term of the Agreement may be extended for two 5-year options terms upon mutual agreement of both parties. There is no cost to the County for use of the site. The County is responsible for the cost of utilities and maintenance to its equipment. Either Party may terminate the Agreement with a 30-day written notice to the other. (C-85-19-014-3-00)
