71. AMENDMENT TO OFF-SITE PRECEPTOR STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS, ACTING FOR AND ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY Approve the Fifth Amendment to the Off-Site Preceptor Student Rotation Training Agreement with The Arizona Board of Regents, acting for and on behalf of Arizona State University (ASU), to allow for the payment of stipends to ASU student interns at the election of Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH). The agreement is non-financial, and the term remains the same. The amendment would allow students from ASU to continue to complete unpaid educational rotations with Public Health while providing for intern stipends if MCDPH elects to do so. Any stipends would be paid directly to interns and not to ASU. (C-86-12-022-3-05)
