22. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR DIETETIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Approve Amendment No. 3 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) Contract No. CTR046145 between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide continued funding for the Dietetic Internship Program. The term of this Agreement is October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2024. The price sheet is effective October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 for the not-to-exceed amount of $167,913. It is mutually agreed that the referenced IGA is amended as follows: 1. The Scope of Work is revised and replaced by the Scope of work in this Amendment Three (3), and 2. The Price Sheet is revised and replaced by the Price Sheet of this Amendment Three (3). This grant award is reoccurring and has been awarded to the department for many years. There is no cash or in-kind match required and indirect costs are fully recoverable. Ongoing cash contributions will not be required. The grant award is not a mandated function but provides a benefit to the citizens by increasing the number of Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Registered Dieticians to provide high risk nutrition counseling for the community. The grant award is not competitively bid and the department’s operating budget is not required to absorb any costs. The Department of Public Health’s Indirect Rate for FY2021-22 is 17.97%. Indirect costs are budgeted at $25,578 which are fully recoverable. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this grant through a future reconciliation. RESCIND AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR DIETETIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Rescind the action approved by the Board on September 25, 2024 for item C-86-20-011-3-06, Amendment No. 6 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) Contract No. CTR046145 between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide continued funding for the Dietetic Internship Program.
