72. AMENDMENT TO AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH CHANDLER UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE DIETETIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Affiliation Agreement between Maricopa County, by and through the Department of Public Health, and Chandler Unified School District (CUSD), for the Dietetic Internship Program. I. The above-named agreement is hereby amended to extend the term from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029. II. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement with Chandler Unified School District allows dietetic interns to continue to receive approved practicum experience in clinical nutrition. Supervised by CUSD registered dietitians in CUSD facilities, interns would continue to be responsible to Public Health. This agreement is non-financial and does not affect the County general fund.
