AMENDMENT TO RFP CONTRACT 200007 WITH TRIYOUNG INC., FOR RYAN WHITE PART A PROGRAM Approve Amendment to RFP Contract 200007 with TriYoung, Inc., for Ryan White Part A Program IT Consulting Services. This Amendment shall increase the hourly rate from $110/hour to $120/hour. In addition, this Amendment shall extend the Expiration date thru November 30, 2025. The IT consulting services will continue to inform service delivery design for more than 12,000 people living with HIV in Maricopa County. It will also help to identify opportunities for efficiencies and improved health outcomes as we work to reduce new HIV infections in Maricopa County by 75%. The Base Contract was approved under Procurement Services and was entered into November 21, 2019 (C-86-22-164-X-00)

42. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH TRIYOUNG, INC. FOR RYAN WHITE I.T. CONSULTING Approve amendment 2 for RFP 200007 contract between Maricopa County, by and through the Department of Public Health, and TriYoung, Inc., for Ryan White I.T. Consulting Services. This amendment shall extend the contract expiration date to February 28, 2026, and add $100,000 for the extension period. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect. Funding for this Contract is provided by a grant from the Federal Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the Ryan White (RW) Comprehensive HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Acts of 2006, Ryan White Part A Program and will not impact the County general Fund. This IT consulting services contract continues to inform service delivery design for people living with HIV in Maricopa County. It will also help to identify opportunities for efficiencies and improved health outcomes as we work to reduce new HIV infections in Maricopa County. (C-86-22-164-X-01)
