AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH LITCHFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR DIETETIC INTERNSHIP TO PROVIDE CLINICAL NUTRITION TRAINING Approve the Affiliation Agreement with Litchfield Elementary School District #79 to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship program. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2032. As a part of its established accredited dietetic internship program, the Department of Public Health seeks to provide its dietetic interns with a broad and diverse practicum experience. This agreement with LESD will allow dietetic interns to continue to receive approved practicum experience in clinical nutrition. Supervised by LESD registered dietitians in LESD facilities, interns would continue to be responsible to Public Health. This agreement is non-financial, and does not affect the County general fund. MCDPH and LESD have had an affiliation in place since March 1, 2012. (C-86-23-027-X-00)
