48. MOU WITH FOUNTAIN HILLS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Fountain Hills Unified School District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Tobacco Prevention & Cessation (OTPC), to implement the Catch My Breath Program. This non-financial agreement will provide education about the harmful effects of tobacco use and to help reduce teen tobacco and vaping use. The term of this Memorandum of Understanding shall begin on January 1, 2023 and shall continue until June 30, 2025. This MOU is retroactively effective on January 1, 2023. (C-86-23-127-X-00)
