46. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following new appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. 1. Patricia Sandoval (Provider Primary Member: Federal HIV Programs – Part B Arizona Department of Health Services). This appointment completes the term of resigning member Ricardo Manuel Fernandez. Term is effective upon BOS approval through 8/31/2024. 2. Craig Crabtree (Provider Alternate to Jason Vail Cruz: Federal HIV Programs – Part C & D ( Valleywise Health). The term is effective upon BOS approval through 6/7/2025. Accept the following resignations from the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). 1. Ricardo Fernandez (Provider Primary Member: Federal HIV Programs – Part B (ADAP), resignation effective 3/29/2023. 2. Eric Moore (Community Member), resignation effective 3/1/2023. Approve the following reappointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). 1. Eric Eason (Community Member), reappointment.
