59. MOU WITH GLENDALE SCHOOL DISTRICT #40 Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Glendale School District #40 and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Tobacco Prevention & Cessation (OTPC), to implement the Catch My Breath Program. This non-financial agreement will provide education about the harmful effects of tobacco use and to help reduce teen tobacco and vaping use. The term of this Memorandum of Understanding shall retroactively begin on July 1, 2022 and shall continue until June 30, 2023. (C-86-23-134-X-00)

ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO MOU WITH GLENDALE SCHOOL DISTRICT #40 Approve an a dministrative correction to Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Glendale School District #40 and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Tobacco Prevention & Cessation (OTPC), to implement the Catch My Breath Program that was approved as C-86-23-134-X-00 at the April 26, 2023 meeting. This non-financial agreement will provide education about the harmful effects of tobacco use and to help reduce teen tobacco and vaping use. An administrative correction is needed to change the term date of this Memorandum of Understanding to July 1, 2023 and shall continue until June 30, 2024. (C-86-23-134-X-01)
