101. RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS (RESIGNATION) Accept the following resignations from the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). 1. Frank Schaffer (Community Member), resignation effective 6/7/2023. The Membership Committee of the Council has confirmed that the individual listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
