75. CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF SERVICES RELATED TO OVERDOSE DATA TO ACTION: LIMITING OVERDOSE THROUGH COLLABORATIVE ACTIONS Pursuant to MC1-346 of Maricopa County Procurement Code, approve four (4) Public Health Contracts created under PH NOI 230163, between Maricopa County (County), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) and Sonoran Prevention Works, Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers, Shot in the Dark, and The Faithful City, (“Contractors”) for services related to building an infrastructure of overdose surveillance, harm reduction, recovery, and care in communities most impacted by the overdose crisis. These contracts will assist Maricopa County in helping to limit overdoses through collaborative actions. The initial term of the contracts will be for 12 months, beginning September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024, with the option to renew up to four (4) additional years. The cost of all contracts combined is expected to not exceed $980,000. The breakdown for each Contractor is as follows: Sonoran Prevention Works - $290,000 Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers - $270,000 Shot in the Dark - $160,000 The Faithful City - $260,000 (C-86-24-086-X-00)

Approve Contract Amendment 1 to PH NOI 230163 between Maricopa County by and through the Department of Public Health and Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers, Shot in the Dark, Sonoran Prevention Works and The Faithful City, Inc. This amendment shall update the term expiration date to August 31, 2025, for all contracts. Exhibit A, Budget & Budget Narratives, and Exhibit B, Scopes of Work, shall be replaced with updated Exhibits A and B for all contracts. Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers budget shall be updated to include an additional $271,149, making the new not to exceed (NTE) $541,149. Shot in the Dark budget shall be updated to include an additional $158,920, making the new not to exceed (NTE) $317,740. Sonoran Prevention Works budget shall be updated to include an additional $284,606, making the new to exceed (NTE) $569,213. The Faithful City, Inc. budget shall be updated to include an additional $260,000, making the new not to exceed (NTE) $520,000. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH ARIZONA ALLIANCE FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS AND THE FAITHFUL CITY, INC., AND AMENDMENT TO SONORAN PREVENTION WORKS Approve Contract Amendment 2 to PH NOI 230163 between Maricopa County by and through the Department of Public Health and Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers, and The Faithful City, Inc., and Contract Amendment 4 to Sonoran Prevention Works. This amendment shall update the term expiration date to August 31, 2026, for all contracts. Exhibit A, Budget & Budget Narratives, and Exhibit B, Scopes of Work, shall be replaced with updated Exhibits A and B for all contracts. Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers budget shall be updated to include an additional $271,148, making the new not to exceed (NTE) $812,297. Sonoran Prevention Works budget shall be updated to include an additional $334,605, making the new to exceed (NTE) $904,808. The Faithful City, Inc. budget shall be updated to include an additional $260,000, making the new not to exceed (NTE) $780,000. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect for all contracts. These contracts were completed pursuant to MC1-346 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code. Funding for these contracts is from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), “Overdose Data to Action: Limiting Overdose through Collaborative Actions in Localities (OD2A: LOCAL) grant for services related to building an infrastructure of overdose surveillance, recovery, and care in communities most impacted by the overdose crisis. These contracts will assist Maricopa County in helping to limit overdoses through collaborative actions. (C-86-24-086-X-02)
