77. MOU WITH LEMON GROVE MERCY HOUSING Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Lemon Grove Mercy Housing, and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) Office of Nutrition and Active Living to help provide physical activity programing and health education for seniors. The MOU’s effective date shall be January 1, 2024, and will continue through December 31, 2025. Either Party may terminate this MOU, in whole or in part at any time before the Term expiration by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. (C-86-24-186-X-00)
