78. NEW APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following new appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. James Michael Brown (Community Member – Unaffiliated Consumer), new member appointment. The three-year term will be effective June 26, 2024 through June 25, 2027. Celeste Ibarra (Community Member – Unaffiliated Consumer), new member appointment. The three-year term will be effective June 26, 2024 through June 25, 2027. Daniel Iniguez – Alternate for Emily Halling (Health & Social Service Providers: Ryan White Part A ASO/CBO).
