66. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following new appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. 1. Eduardo Moreira (Federal HIV Part B-AZ Dpt. Health Services), new appointment. The three-year term will be effective September 11, 2024, through September 10, 2027. 2. Esme Barrientos (Health & Social Service Providers: Ryan White Part A (CAN Community Health), new appointment. The three-year term will be effective September 11, 2024, through September 10, 2027. 3. Grace Ashu – Alternate for Esme Barrientos (Health & Social Service Providers: Ryan White Part A (CAN Community Health). The three-year term will be effective September 11, 2024, through September 10, 2027. 4. Benjamin Pierson (Health & Social Service Providers: Ryan White Part A (Ebony House), new appointment. The three-year term will be effective September 11, 2024, through September 10, 2027. 5. Angelica Lindsey-Ali – Alternate for Benjamin Pierson (Health & Social Service Providers: Ryan White Part (Ebony House). The three-year term will be effective September 11, 2024, through September 10, 2027. 6. Justin Stewart – Alternate for Taylor Kirkman (Federal HIV Programs RW Part D (Valleywise Health). The three-year term will be effective September 11, 2024, through November 28, 2026. Approve the following change of representation of the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). 1. Craig Crabtree currently serving as alternate for Federal HIV Programs RW Part D (Valleywise Health) to change representation to alternate for Jason Vail Cruz (Federal HIV Programs RW Part C (Valleywise Health).
