46. DONATION OF TWO SCIENTIFIC FREEZERS TO THE ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS, ACTING FOR AND ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY Approve the donation of two (2) deep-freeze scientific freezers ("Equipment") from Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to the Arizona Board of Regents, acting for and on behalf of Arizona State University (ASU). This is the first donation of its kind to ASU, and future donations of this sort are not anticipated. This agreement is non-financial. MCDPH makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the Equipment, including, but not limited to, its condition, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for use by ASU. The Equipment is donated "as-is," "where-is," and "with all faults." ASU acknowledges and agrees that MCDPH assumes no responsibility for any repairs, maintenance, or operational issues that may arise after the transfer of the Equipment. (C-86-25-053-X-00)
