65. IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL HEALTHCARE DISTRICT (VALLEYWISE HEALTH) Approve the retroactive Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Special Health District, dba Valleywise Health, and Maricopa County by and through its department of Public Health, and Ryan White Part A Program. The not-to-exceed amount of this agreement is $6,000,000 per year, and the term of this agreement is March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2028. The purpose of this IGA to support the mission of the Maricopa County Ryan White Part A Program, which is dedicated to providing medically necessary health care and support services to low-income individuals living with HIV who do not have sufficient health care coverage or financial resources.
