81. RYAN WHITE PART A AGREEMENTS AND COMPLIANCE ASSURANCES FORM, AND CORE MEDICAL SERVICES WAIVER Approve the FY 2026 Ryan White (RWHAP) Part A Agreements and Compliance Assurances (Appendix A) as required by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for continued funding. Also approve the FY 2026 Ryan White Program (RWHAP) Part A Core Medical Services Waiver Request Attestation form as required by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for continued funding. This action enables Maricopa County, as the grant recipient for the Phoenix EMA/TGA, to continue receiving and administering federal Part A funds for the planning, funding, administration, and delivery of life saving services across Maricopa County.
